hello..& what about antihistamines?

Hi. I'm new to this group. I was reading something in the archives about

antihistamines and something called nasalcrom--that they potentially help

rosacea skin. Is there anything to that? I'm thinking about trying benadryl at

night time in addition to metro gel.

Also, does anyone use both metrogel and rosacea-ltd at the same time? The r-ltd

blurb says to discontinue all other topical treatments. The metrocream helps

though, so I was wondering if anyone uses both.
