Latino mental health grants

Our Community Services Board here in Blacksburg, VA, is in the beginning stages of developing bilingual mental health services to the Spanish-speaking population in our region. We would appreciate any leads on grant money available for funding such a project. Much of our area is rural, with a growing Latino community of mostly agricultural, construction, and restaurant-worker individuals and families. Child and family services and emergency/ substance abuse are two specific areas we are thinking of starting with. Thank you.
