I flush as well in my ears, in fact it is one of the first places that

I notice that burning sensation.

This may sound a little weird, but I've begun to try and control my

blush as soon as I feel it. I do some deep breathing and I try

consciously to reduce my blushing through " thinking it to stop " . I've

become so aware of blushing that I think I'm actually getting some

success from these mind tricks!

Aside, what I've found odd so far, is that I have read that many

rosacea sufferers have high blood pressure (or borderling high). I am

the exact opposite, I have very low blood pressure but when my heart

does start to beat, I'm red in a matter of seconds. Anyone else have

low blood pressure?

I do have very low blood pressure as 55/80.

I flushed in my ear as well, when I flushing in my ears, I put a drop

of essential lavender oil around my ear, it usually stopped the

flushing in the ear, not my face though.

Somehow Lavender oil can not be used in my face.
