Can a teenager have rosacea?

Hi

I'm 18 and have red areas on my cheek left by acne. The areas have

been there for about 5 years with no improvement, although I don't

get acne at these areas anymore. I flush very easily and often and it

can be quite red. The flush doesn't last that long (yet). Can it be

rosacea even though I'm quite young?
