Hi Ally,

If you've received a previous reply from me please disregard this one

but my pc has been temperamental and I wasn't sure if you received it

or not.

I can't use makeup, cleansers of any type, moisturisers, hair styling

products, the list goes on and on. I have spent a small fortune on

products recommended on this site always with the same result " red

bumpy skin " . I have to wear my hair up even though it doesn't suit

me as if hair touches my face I flare.

My skin regime for the past 6 months consists of washing my face with

luke warm water twice a day and though my skin is very dry and flaky

at least the redness and bumps have improved. I have tried Vita Oil

a couple of times in the hope that my skin had settled down but no

luck.

I get so envious of the people with rosacea who can wear makeup to

cover the redness etc. Because I can't wear makeup I avoid

socialising in places where everyone gets really done up. It's much

to depressing.

Anyway hope it helps to know you are not alone.

Cheers,

Anne
