Seb Derm 'over the counter' products....

Hi,

I would like to know what " over the counter' product(s) people in this group use

for their seb derm. If it is a dandriff shampoo, how often do you use it? And do

you use it before you wash with your regular face cleanser or after?

Every derm I have gone too wants me to use hydrocortisone and I do not want to

do that!
