Guest guest
Hey Guys, I can't find any butter that doesn't say " sweet " on the label...yet ingredients just say cream and salt...is this SCD safe? Why does it say sweet...I can't find Ghee...where is this stuff anyway? Antoinette (SCD day 20 entire family) Re: Margarine Hi Kim, You are correct, margarine is SCD illegal. The Fleishman's lactose free is because it contains Soybean oil and artificial flavours. Some substitues are coconut oil/butter, oil (olive, corn, sunflower etc) butter. Did a search on BTVC site on lactose free margarine and didn't come up with an answer. Any input appreciated... > > Thanks, > Kim. > >
