I began all of my skin problems, which started with mild acne, after contracting Glandular fever. Some people seem to come out of this unscathed, many however are laid up for months and it often becomes ME. One interesting interview i was listening to recently was on Parkinson, where he was talking to Ball. In this interview he talked about his health, he had glandular fever which then lead onto panic attacks, anxiety and ME which nearly crippled his career. Although he doesn't seem to have skin probs i do think depending on yr natural weaknesses it can certainly make you more susceptable to auto immune over reactions, in our case skin.
