good vitamin k creams in the u.k.?

I wonder if anyone can recommend any good vit k creams that have

helped with there redness that are available in the U.K.I have heard

of vita k solutions but its only available in the U.S and say they

have no u.k. subsidiary so any u.k. brand that has helped you would

be appreciated.thanks
