Guest guest
I have been wondering if, when baking with nut flour I should be packing it when I measure, like brown sugar or fluffing it before measuring like wheat flour? That can make a huge difference in how much stuff = 1 cup. Also if I were to use nut butter instead of nut flour would I reduce the ammount or keep it the same? And thirdly, can I use the left over stuff from making nut milk as flour in recipes? Will it work better in some than others? Thanks! Patty scd 4 weeks w/fam.
