Guest guest
I am new in the diet, my son has autism. He had a constipation problem for a long time and the doctor prescribed milk of magnesia, I did gave it to him but I ran out and now we are in this diet that it suppose to help kids with autism. It is difficult to my son to be on the diet 100%, but I am trying hard, I have a question, now he has really large bowel movements with 2 or 3 different color shades, it this mean that the diet is helping him? I also try to make the goat yogurt, but he doesn't like it, it is ok to make it with regular mikl? I found out late that he is been allergic to mikl, because he used to have running nose every day (I thought it was seasonal) but when I stop giving him the milk, his running nose stop. It is ok to make the yogurt with regular milk instead? will it make him allergic again? is it true that doesn't work as good as the goat milk? Does anybody has the food for little tummies book and is it good? Sorry about all these questions, we are kind of new. Thank you very much. isa
