PLease help! More photoderm or accutane?

The first thing that popped into my mind after reading this was - who is

doing your PhotoDerm treatments? Is your doc doing them him/herself, or is

it someone else in the office that's doing them? It's my understanding that

if they are done incorrectly or with the wrong filters, PhotoDerm can burn

your face and actually cause more damage. That's why I opted to go to a

dermatologist who was trained in the procedure and did them herself. Having

the treatments done when you're flaring is usually ideal because there's

more visible vessels to zap. A little burning or flushing after a treatment

is also common. But I would think you shouldn't be having pain to the extent

that you have to take Vicodin.
