Freezing Pecan Bread and other such....

Hello All,

New guy on the board here and just today my doctor recommended that I

use Pecan Bread, to my surprize it is something that has to be made...

well, I would like to know if several loaves are made, do they freeze

well? Also, what about making it with other nuts such as walnuts,

cashews or any mixture of them? Is there a nut which also lends itself

to such a bread?
