Guest guest
I had chicken breast the other day cooked at home. Afterwards I had a horrible flare. I looked on the package and realized my husband accidently got the kind injected with flavoring solution. It was such a terrible flare I decided to find out just what that injection was. The flavoring actually tenderizes by marinating the meat and flavors it at the same time. It's called " injection marinating, or deep marinating " . Pretty enjoyable and tasty for non-rosaceans, but a potential trap for rosaceans who get flares from marinated foods. If you do get flares from marinated foods be sure to avoid meat that says it has flavoring injections or claims that it is extra juicy or tasty due to added solutions. They are sneaky!! Marinated, cured, pickled, soured, smoked, and aged foods are my worst triggers. Patty
