Congrats!!!! That is great! I think Fiona will accept a little boy after

she sees that she can play with him.

Beware of sibling jealousy. I was 5 years and 5 months when my oldest

sibling was born. And I didn't want him anywhere near me, my parents or my

home!!!

I actually tried to throw him out the window of 3rd story apartment! And

tried to cover him with a pillow, too! I was really terrible---hitting him,

etc.

Mom took me with her to the first well-baby check up when little brother was

a month old. She told the doc how I was acting and he talked to me

privately. I came out of his office with an accepting attitude and he told

me to keep it a secret---dot know what he said but it was very effective. I

became the " Big Sister " and was ok after that. Well, at least until he was

old enough to defend himself.

Lucky for you, Fiona sounds like a much nicer child than I was. ;>}
