I am going to try to crockpot for ketchup very soon--but what I have found

is that cooking a little bit in several pots works great, too. I put like

one or two cups of tomato juice in each of four pots, and put one Tablespoon

of vinegar per cup. It cooks down pretty fast like this--and for me, it's

much easier than remembering to stir one large pot all day.
