I have tried it all- noritate, metro cream and gel, Avita, Desowen and oral antibiotics. I stopped going to the derm 1 year ago because he always seemed skeptical that I deemed these products not to work. I have been reading these posts for over a year and can sympathize for all. i used to have smooth acne free skin and now I have dry, flakey, orange rind texture skin with the added bonus of papules under the surface. Have now tried many over the counter products and spent hundreds of dollars and this is what I'm using right now. NuCelle mandelic cleanser at night followed by Nucelle Laser lift serum. In the morning just rinse and apply Sy superior cream followed by her tinted Zinco. I have been doing this for 2 months and have seen a very slight improvement. I at least am not breaking out in huge cyst like bumps that take forever to go away and these products don't seem to burn my skin. So I will continue with this and see how it goes. Wish you all luck.
