Ok, this may be a dumb question, but I have to ask....I see listed

here calcium...??? Is this meaning like dairy products? calcium

supplements? Just wondering because I consume a lot of

calcium...I don't have any problems with dairy products and I

absolutely love milk and cheese. In fact, I go through a gallon of

milk in about 3 days...is this bad??

I do vaguely remember a long time ago a dr. mentioning to me --I

THINK--high calcium in my blood tests (during the time I was

drinking regularly)...I also saw on my recent blood test listing

something about calcium. All of my tests were fine, but I just

don't know if taking in calcium is bad? Is there a difference

between what is in the blood and the calcium in food/drink.
