people who have chronic pancreatitis can have acute episodes

with no elevation in enzymes. It doesn't make it positive

that it has to be something else. I have had a minimum of 2

attacks with no elevation of enzymes, but a great deal of

pain. Maybe you should have your GI read the Hopkin's

GI website. He might actually learn something. This website

confirms that people with chronic CP can have acute episodes

with no elevation in enzymes. Grrr. Doctor's like that bug

me.
