Guest guest
I am studying diploma in herbal medicine I am in my final theory year and have an exam in 20 days aaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!! I hope I can do it. I think my milk started to dry up from the stress of it all and the fact that Liam had put on such a little amount of weight. That might have been the reason why. Anyway I have started demand feeding him to boost it up and taking glactagogue herbs and nervines to increase it and to calm me down. Hopefully this works. I have been feeling that it wasnt right for about 4 days now. Just in regards to the vit E in the flax, well that isnt actually much, it is only acting really as a preservative for the flax oil. You may want to increase the vit E as a supplement on its own, just a suggestion. Anyway I better go and study while hes asleep Hi what are you studying at uni? Good luck, it is hard to juggle it all, in this household the house work is the thing that gets neglected at exam time. Herbs- I cook with alot of garlic, and when Ainslie was tiny I put garlic in most of her vegie/meat/pasta meals, sometimes that baby had horrible garlic breath but it worked. At present she takes flaxseed oil, chlorophyl (alfalfa) capsules, garlic and horseradish tablets and a good multivitamin/mineral tablet. She has always had a good multivitamin and vitamin E (the flaxseed capule contains this now). Good luck with it all, but remember to keep your doctor informed of what you are giving your son, or check with your pharmacist, as some natural remedies can react with medications your doctor may prescribe. I work hard on nutrition and exercise with Ainslie, meat and chicken that has no antibiotics or preservatives, lots of good fresh fruit and vegies and try to limit the preservatives - tried to eliminate them altogether but that became a very expensive exercise almost everything available has some sort of preservative in it.
