My 9-year-old Crohn's disease son on SCD diet for 6 day. I read the

book of the diet by Elaine Gottschall Breaking The Vicious Cycle.

We live in Israel, We start with chicken shop, chicken, carrot & eggs.

They told us next week He can eat banana & cooked apple.

I see most of you are ASD parents, I like to talk with a Crohn's

disease parents, to hear about the effects of this diet, and to get

some tips.
