Safe foods?

My main skin prob right now is a food-induced redness + seb derm + pimply-like

rash that happens whenever I eat. Its all pretty unsightly... looks much

grosser than when I used to have just red cheeks (even tho that was bad too).

It all seems to be food-related... If I eat next to nothing for a few days, it

begins to vanish. Then when I eat alot (especially foods I know to be

unhealthy) it all comes back full force, every time, w/in hours...

I tried to see an allergist to figure out what foods are causin' the prob, but

he was a total joke.

I can't try Brady's diet, because there are foods he recommends that I know I

cant eat.. (Oily/fatty foods appear to cause me to break out around the mouth

with that pimply rash thingy... like I had some Lamb tonight for dinner, and

that seemed to do the trick)

Even a typical elimination diet's main focus is rice (carbs) which may be a

causative agent...

I know food is my main problem at this point.. and if I ate the right diet, I

would be all set.. But I seem to have several food problems... For example.. my

problem might involve some sort of wheat intolerance.. (many foods high in carbs

seem to cause me problems) but there are also foods that have 0 carbs in them

(like the lamb tonight) that will also cause me problems.. Doctors/allergists

as always have been completely useless.. and I don't know quite where to go from

here.. I want to do some sort of an elimation diet type of idea.. where you eat

only safe foods until your symptoms go away, and then add in other foods one at

a time... The problem is, I don't know of ANY safe foods that I am sure I can

eat.. Fruits = High Sugar... if Brady's theory is correct, fruits are off

limits. Many fruits are also quite acidic = trigger for cea. Meats (except

chicken) = high in fat... seem to clog pores...contributin' to my prob.. Fish =

oily, seems to cause a problem for me (the oilier the fish, the worse the

problem) Chicken seems to be ok, except ANYTHING I put on it can be a problem..

(Orange juice, honey/mustard marinade, bread crumbs, lemon, etC) and completely

plain chicken is kinda gross.. only vegetables that I can deal with the taste of

seem to all be high in carbs.. (squash, carrots, potatoes, etc) For every food,

there seems to be at least one reason why I may not be able to eat it.. And when

I eat 6 or 7 different foods in a day... Its impossible to tell which is causing

the problem...

Are there any foods out there that ARE ok to eat regardless of the skin problem?

(milk? lettuce? broccoli?) I really think that if I manage to get rid of this

food problem I really will begin to have this problem under control...

especially now that some of my typical cea (flushing to overheating, water,

soap, etc) seems to be coming a little better under control... If anyone can

help I could really use it. Even tho my skin looks as gross as ever, I really

feel like I'm just one step away from beating this thing..
