Hi all Don't know of this is going to be of much help but a few years ago I had

a laser treatment done to my cheeks for a few spots of visible blood vessels.

Can't remember the name of the laser, but it did deliver pulses of light and I

was charged according to the number of pulses. My cheeks were covered with

purple/blue bruises which took weeks to completely heal. That was at least 6

years ago and those treated areas are still clear. I had no pain, no redness, no

swelling. I know that the derm who did the treatment has the advanced laser now

which does not bruise. I intend to have the new spots done.

And, recently, I consulted a plastic surgeon about blepherplasty and mentioned

the new anti-agiing laser treatmets ( including photoderm, which is done in his

new non-surgical skin rejuvenation clinic ) and he said that they were too

harsh for rosacea skin. I am only repeating waht he said. He is not a derm but a

plastic surgeon.

Take care
