Subject: anyone with bcbs...HELP!!

I have Horizon BC/BS of NJ PPO, and I was approved the first time I

submitted. It took about 3 weeks to find out. I did call after a week and a

half to find out it had been received, and 'put into the computer', but not

sent to medical review. The great lady that I spoke with told me she would

make sure it got there herself. So this is something you might want to check

on, it just sits there until medical review sees it. Hope this helps.
