So that means that it could be giving him major heart burn. Today I stoped the

Micelle E and A vitamins. He had a better feed this morning but still not

normal!

Has anyone else experiened heart burn, reflux problems from taking these

vitamins giving by the doctor??

mum to baby Liam, fussy, dificult feeder

Antacids

The protease in the enzymes is so acidic as is the entire system in cf,

that, in fact, the medications which reduce acid aid in the effectiveness

of the enzymes. I mean the prescription medications--not over the coun

ter " antiacid tablets. " Ask the cf doctor about this, if in doubt, or a

gastroenterologist. You may be right about the vitamins. I cannot, as

an example of merely one, take ADEKS--major heartburn, no matter

what--joke of all the lists; I take: are you ready for this? Geritol.

(not recommended for children, but a regular one a day might work \better).

Love and luck with all this,

n Rojas
