Enlarged Nose/Pores

It seems as though my nose has increased in size

over the last year or so. It doesn't look deformed,

but the pores/pits are getting more numerous and

the size is larger.

Will using metrogel and/or an antibiotic help reduce

the size of the pores and the tissue?

I've wanted to go two weeks without any products, just

to get a baseline. But when I look at my skin I get

scared and want to use whatever I have here.
