Guest guest
Since my job covers only pesticide-related problems, I haven't been able to justify much exploration of this resource. As an individual, though, I have wondered why no-one questions university preferences based on athletic ability -- or on cultural background, so long as that background includes descent from alumni or others who might assist the institution with wealth or power. It only seems to become " discrimination " when universities extend preferences to students whose heritage provided them with challenges and an outsider's perspective. >>> <randall@...> 12/22/02 05:16PM >>> RACE IN LAW REVIEWS Vol 1 No 8 December 22, 2002 This compilations includes articles on race, racism and related topics of interest (including selected articles on health law and policy).
