This compilations includes articles on race, racism and related topics of

interest (including selected articles on health law and policy). The

articles include " notes and comments " . Even though Comments and Notes are

student articles, they are excellent analysis of the current state of the

law. The articles are not on my website. You will need to get them from a

library. In the United States, law articles can be obtained from your local

law school, court house library or interlibrary loan. For my international

Since my job covers only pesticide-related problems, I haven't been able to

justify much exploration of this resource. As an individual, though, I have

wondered why no-one questions university preferences based on athletic ability

-- or on cultural background, so long as that background includes descent from

alumni or others who might assist the institution with wealth or power. It only

seems to become " discrimination " when universities extend preferences to

students whose heritage provided them with challenges and an outsider's

perspective.
