This is generally true. However, per Roche adverse product reaction

reports, and the literature, no reports of ptc for over 20 years of

the post approval market experience accutane has been around have

been reported with out without tetracyclines with doses of accutane

UNDER 40mg/d. Therefore, at the ideal rosacea dose of 5mg/d, taking

minocylcine should be alright.
