I found out today there is a sugar-free version of Citrucel. One of my objections to Citrucel, besides the gag-me taste, was that I was not only having to drink something I didn't like, but it is full of sucrose (SUGAR) and adds 15 grams of carbohydrates in a scoop (A LOT -- if you are doing the Atkins diet, you only get 22 calories in a day), which is 5 grams in one teaspoon, and 20 calories. I'm not wasting 20 calories on something I don't like if I don't have to. The sugar-free comes with a BLUE LID. Supposedly it is available at Walmart.
