Can anything help blushing?!

Is there ANYTHING that I can use to reduce my blushing? I have tried

Inderal (propranolol), which is a medication that lowers your blood

pressure. I don't want to take this medication too often, but it

does help somewhat. Isn't there some kind of gel that could be

applied to the face? Something that could cool my face down and

thereby reduce blushing?

Please help!
