Guest guest
I have a perpetually greasy nose with large, prominent pores that's prone to acne breakouts. On top of this, it gets red and inflamed on occasion due to rosacea. I tried putting metrocream on it for awhile to keep the inflamation at bay, but it just added to the general greasiness and seemed to make it break out in pimples more easily. Is there anything else I can put on my nose that will help with the rosacea but won't add to the greasiness? Could my combination of symptoms perhaps make me a candidate for accutane? Also, I have a small red dot surrounding one of my large nose pores that appears to be a broken capillary. It looks just like an irritated pore that's about to form a pimple, but it's been there for years. If I press the skin next to it, however, the red dot disappears unlike the other broken capillaries I have. Does this mean it's not a broken capillary? If not, then what is it and can I make it go away somehow? Has anyone else had something like this?
