Hey Darlene!

How is land? Bobsy is doing great and has the diet in the post-op

instructions selectively memorized so I can't eat didly. It seems like

everyone else but us is trying to eat some good sounding stuff. I could

really dig a Texas Nacho.

I think it is real funny about Dr. R doing 8 feet on me instead of six. I

had no idea until the Tuesday clinic that everyone didn't have the same

thing done, although it makes sense because we are all different. When Dr.

R said that so many people's last pre-op words were " two more feet " I

thought he was just joking. It is funny because I didn't even ask for the

two more feet! It may be a sad commentay on me that Dr. R felt I needed

it!:-) My last thoughts were to Jesus to grant knowledge and skill to the

hands that heal. I'm doing well except for some leg pain and I'm certainly

losing plenty of weight. No complaints here.
