Hi guys,

Thought we would be brave and try the goats yogurt. My husband

bought " SCD safe " yogurt starter....made a batch....it was

wonderful....found out after getting diarrhea and cramping that the

starter that we bough had the illegal PECTIN IN IT!!!!! So now we

are all feeling pretty sick. Feeling a bit overwhelmed. I need to

feel better, sooner than later. IgE tests for casein came back

negative. I have the sole responsibility of taking care of a four

year old (coming out of ADHD), 21 month old (coming out of autism

symptoms) and our 16 month old adopted daughter (coming out of

Cerbral Palsy Problems). I can not feel better soon enough!

Husband has to work long hours to pay the bills and for this very

expensive way of eating!

I wish we hadn't had this set back...I can only hope that it was the

pectin and not the casein. It WAS SO GOOD...and we all need to gain

wait. Elaines yogurt sounds like such a wonderful food with all

it's gut healing qualities. I am down to 127 pounds and 5'6''....I

am disappearing and am not happy about it! Bought Yogurt starter

this morning from Lucy's Kitchen....any more advice or support?????

I could us some right about now.
