Real tears-received my final denial!

I didn't think I would be posting this at least not this quick. I

went in front of Healthsource (CIGNA) grievance committee on June

1st. I hired Walter Lindstrom and thought we did a great job

pleading my case. On June 2nd I was denied again. I don't think the

door shut behind me before the decision to deny me again was handed

down. I really had my hopes up so this is a big let down. I am

going to complain to the NC insurance comission and try to get my

Benefits dept. to get involved. I can't afford to self-pay so if

worse comes to worse (which I think it has) I will wait until 2001

and choose a different plan and start the process all over again.
