Replacement Flour and recipes

Hi everyone,

I am new to the group and I am trying to get prepared for the start of

SCD for my 8 year old autistc son. At the Moment we are

GF/CF/Soya/corn/yeast/sugar/nut free as well as omitting many other

foods that came up positive on the food allergy test. My big problem

is that is allergic to nuts and therefore can not use nut

flour. Does anyone have substitutes that can be used. He loves the

biscuits that I make using GF/CF flour and xylitol all of which will

be illegal. Any suggestions would be wonderful.
