Guest guest Posted October 2, 2002 Report Share Posted October 2, 2002 Louie, the eye is healing slowly. I'm still taking eye drops for it every 2 hours and only when I'm awake. They have an ointment for me to put on it at night. The vision is still a little fuzzy and foggy in that eye. I'm hoping it will come back when it fully heals. The doctor says I came really close to losing or severly damaging the sight in that eye. If I had waited one more day.... Initially, they had me taking drops every hour, 24 hours a day. Nasty to have to wake up every hour when you are trying to sleep. Now I'm finally catching up on my sleep. Hope all is going well with you. Hope your diabetes issue is clearing up?
