Guest guest
Marg, The so called " coat hanger " pain, in the shoulders and into the neck andn back of the head, is most often caused by low blood pressure. You can test this by lying down -- if it goes away within a few minutes, the cause is low blood pressure. If it does not go away, it could be neuropathic or muscular, and you might want to try a mild pain reliever.
