Guest guest Posted November 21, 2002 Report Share Posted November 21, 2002 What are you eating. The stomach is not the only reason you lose and keep it off. You should still have the malabsorption. You should be able to lose the weight easy now and keep it off. If there is no SLD, or other plumbing problems, then you should be able to get back on track. Are you consuming sugar? Are you drinking regular soda's? Are you drinking milk? Are you eating 3 meals a day, 5 hours apart? Are you drinking water? Are you water loading 15 mins before meals and waiting 2 hours after to drink again? If there is no physiological problem then by following some rules you will be able to get back on track.
