Guest guest
I just focus on eating enough protein. I do not worry about the other food types. I eat a lot of fruits, but virtually no vegetables. I religiously take my vitamin and mineral supplements, but do not take any protein supplement. A good source of information on how to get the weight off and keep it off long term is Pouch Rules for Dummies at http://www.shelby.net/wizards/larger.htm Ray Hooks For WLS nutrition info, visit http://www.bariatricsupplementsystem.com a Dostert wrote: > > Hi everyone, > > I had my surgery 5/15/01 and I have lost 140 pounds.
