Guest guest
The Fairfield Inn where we stayed at was on Hillsborough Rd about 10 minutes from hospital. It has a nice continental breakfast and Cracker Barrel next to it which was great for husband and son to eat at while I was recovering. There were about 6 or 7 of us MGBers there. Hope this helps. Guest guest
Thanks for the replies. I wrote one horseback place and told them I was 230 (I lied, I'm 235 1/2...bad habit...can't seem to stop lying about my weight!) and asked if I could ride a horse without breaking its back. They replied I could ride so long as I was very tall because they would have to give me a muy big horse, tall horses are broader across the beam, and short people can't get their legs around the horse. I wrote back that I was 5'10 " , they said no problemo, and I said Bueno, saddle 'em up amigo! Thanks for the beef warning and the tips on souvenirs.
