Thanks for the info Lyn on Mellon: Everyone needs something sweet on

occasion. This is the most nutritious, best tasting, for the least amount of

calories. 50 calories for a cup. IMHO Nothing will cause misuse of the tool

more than boredom. Fay Bayuk

To the person who suggested that I not eat cold melon the first thing

AM to see if that will stop the debilitating cramping I was getting,

Thank you, Thank you, thank you, thank you. I have a warm cup of

tea first and don't eat the melon untile later in the day. I know

longer feel like I am dying. I feel so good. Did I remember to say

Thank you, Thank you, thank you, thank you.

If the advice worked, then it was definitely me.

But seriously, the first thing that goes down on that rested, tender pouch

is the trickiest. And generally, coffee works for me. After that, bring on

the jalapenos. I was having problems with one of those pretty-colored clear

protein drinks at the gym.

I am sure the cramps will subside once I get the prednisone out of my system completely.

Shauna,

Get the MSM powder-- it will help with those cramps. As long as the steroids are leaching the minerals from your system, you're going to need to put back the minerals.

If you haven't tried a calcium magnesium supplement, you may want to give it a shot to see if that helps---- I know that was a huge part of my problem.

Although I don't take calcium daily, even a Tums will help. And they are very low cost.

Take care,

Tracie
