The protein drinks have helped immensely because I simply CANNOT eat enough protein food even if it is being adequately absorbed. I'm not great about drinking water, but I try. I never drink milk, juice, booze or beer. I do drink 3 cups of coffee a day and a couple of sodas a week. Whether or not I'm supposed to have the sodas they make me feel like crap but I still want them. I hate to take pills but have finally learned that if I don't take them I'm going to feel really bad pretty quickly. What makes absolutely NO sense to me is that missing my magnesium and calcium makes me feel exhausted faster than anything. B
