Guest guest
Hi , I am going to reccomend massage therapy as i explain in the note to Trudi- legs and feet. And i also reccomend pushing gatorade (if she can handle the sugar) , if not, then bouillion - hot or cold. Salt does not taste gros when you need it - luckily. If she has a small appetite- give it to her in a condensed way. My 32 cups of gatorade a day are made strong into about 15. Obviously, i rely on a high fluid intake. then there is also taking your time when you go to do anything - like you might if you have a bad back. Fear of the feeling is so horrible. My worst dehydration is upon waking - but i wake myself up in the night to avoid this as much as possible. Also, upon exertion or in hot weather etc. comfortable temps are the best. coffee with meals and upon rising - give it to her in bed. i make a latte with soy milk - so it absorbs more smoothly. I still don't get it right for myself - but it is much better than not. Best wishes,
