Interesting though that your calculations brought you to the number of 146 and you smirked about the fact that we can now figure out your weight. Well, I didn't, but note that what you posted said that " Base your protein needs on that number. Extra protein is not needed for fat mass. " So, it's a bit confusing, but from what I understand that to mean..... calculate your needs on what we would weigh if we still weren't fat. :-) Ahhh, it's all clear as mud now! That's why she sent me the formula I posted and added the note that extra protein isn't needed for fat mass. Hope that helps clear it up.
