Guest guest
Hi , Thank you sooo much for the list of pond plants. I wouldn't have known what to even ask for at the green house. Did go and get out some water lilies this AM, they are quite spendy. $17.00 a piece. Needless to say, after buying all the flat rocks my budget was pretty well shot so the plants will have to wait a while. Still have some work to do to the pond anyway. I love flower shows. Love flowers period. I have a few roses that I baby. One in particular is my favorite, Double Delight. It smells soo good. Planted a Veteran's Honor rose this spring. It isn't blooming yet, but has some buds on it. Take care and have fun this weekend. Love, Marilyn Hi Marilyn, > As for the pond plants, of course you have to have water lilies. Also Lotus. I love to drip water on a leaf of a lotus. It sits there like a diamond. Beautiful flower too. > I love Parrot's Feather for the surface covering, but fish tend to love it too. > If your pond is small, try mini horsetail, it's tall and jointed, looks great in a pond. > Water Iris' are nice too. Nice flower. > Geez, I could go on and on girl, but I'd better stop or you won't be able to see your pond for all the plants. LOL > I am doing something special for myself this weekend. Going to the flower show, so you know I'll be a happy camper. > Have fun pond plant shopping and enjoy yourself too. > W > >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> > Take time to > do something special for yourselves this weekend. a good book, > music, flowers, etc. I plan to try and help work on the pond this > weekend. Have to go find some nice pond plants. Any suggestions? > Got the rock this AM. Love, Marilyn > > > > > >
