BTW - the neuro explained to me how beta blockers 9 1/4 to 1/8 of a ... forget the name) alone can make the bp increase - based on the amount of blood flow when the pulse is lowered. another delicate balance. he siad to keep on a steady course of low dose florinef and not to fluctuate based on bp. Guest guest Posted June 20, 2002 Report Share Posted June 20, 2002 Waverley: Not too long ago, I read a study that indicated Beta blockers can work to raise BP in some and to lower it in others just as you described.
