Guest guest
I just got a call from Fred's Pulmonary doctor. He took chest x-rays last week to see how his lungs were after we told him that Fred still wasn't breathing good and seems to get weak very easy. He just got the report back , Fred has pneumonia in the lower left lobe. They put him on Levaquin 500mg for a week and we're keeping him here at the house. I'm going to give the breathing treatment's here. The doctor wants to do more x-rays in five days. Levaquin is the med that they had him on both times in the hospital, so he should do well on it now. Just got to get him to rest. That's a job in itself. Don't know weather to ask you to pray for Fred or pray for me. ) Take Care all of you Hugs Vera

How about bungee cords?? That way he could move a little but couldn't get up....ha, ha Seriously, you are both in our prayers. Guest guest
Dear Vera, I will pray for both of you. I will pray that Fred will let you give him the treatments and I will pray that you are given the strength you need to give him the treatments. I will also pray that Fred will be healed of this pneumonia again. I am glad they found out what was wrong so that you were able to treat him for the right thing asap. Let us know how you are both doing when you are able. You have been an inspiration to me. Lots of love and gentle hugs, Belinda > I just got a call from Fred's Pulmonary doctor. Guest guest
Vera, so sorry to hear that Fred has pnuemonia again so soon. Glad that he can stay at home this time though. No reason to go the hospital, he'll get better care at home if he will listen to the " nurse " . has had levoquin before too, both orally and by IV both at home.....not for pnuemonia though....and did just fine. It's the latest " big gun " I guess...we were told that it's like cipro (wide spectrum) but newer. They used it on when they weren't sure exactly what had a hold on him. We will pray for you both.--- In shydrager@y..., FVJAMES@a... wrote: > I just got a call from Fred's Pulmonary doctor.
