I hate confrontations and asking people to do 'favours'

But if you ask right off the bat then you look more honest than

going back later and 'trying to get out' of what you over committed

to = so you are being nicer to others see

You can stand up for yourself without others feeling badly.

It took me 1 year to go for a second opinion and ask fiddlsticks I

was terrified...like they were doing me a favour, when I am paying

for this
