I just want to let all of you know how much I deeply appreciated all the

love and support I have received from you over the past few months and

especially over this past week. My world was definitely rocked by this

one.

I have so much to be thankful for this Thanksgiving besides being alive

with minimal amount of bodily damage. I am thankful to all of you who

have helped me keep going when I truly wanted to throw in the towel. It

is amazing to me how everyone on this list bands together to help one

another through thick and thin (literally). I consider myself to be

extremely independent and self sufficient and usually don't accept help

graciously. I am woman, I can do it all. : ) However, I have been tested

to my limits of late and have learned how to ask for and accept a hand

when offered and to be lifted up by the support and caring of, let's

face it, strangers, who quite amazingly know what I need better than

most of my friends and family and even myself at times. Quite humbling

actually to find out that you can't be everything for everyone and live

to tell the tale.

I'm sure you can see that I'm still a bit on the emotional side, but I'm

getting there. Thought it would be a good time to send this note. If Tim

or I missed thanking anyone by private e-mail who sent a thought, a

prayer or threats to the drunk driver who hit us, I'm thanking you now.

Wishing all of you a Happy, Healthy and Safe Thanksgiving.

Love,

Regina
