Sliding down in head elevated bed is preventable if you buy dollar store

plastic shelf lining, cut off about 30

inches, fold it in half longways and slide it under the fleshy part of the

buttocks before raising the head or bottom

of the bed a little with mechanism. Works under drawsheets, washes ...for

a dollar, try it.
